Delivery

We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We offer two Royal Mail postal services either 48hour second class, or 24hour next day and both are tracked services with text/email updates. If you require your order processing urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns Policy

If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service via email at hello@sibandsalt.com within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is at the customers expense and we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier. Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and in an unworn condition. Please note that if the tags are removed from the item, we will not be able to refund.
Any items returned outside of our return policy without prior agreement will be returned to the sender at an additional cost. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning so we can resolve the issue together. Please contact us should you need any more assistance.
